Description: Our March Ethics Event will be presented by Courtney Allen, JD, CPCU and will focus on an overview of what is and what isn’t bad faith as well as a focus on recent cases and developments around the topic.

Speaker: Courtney Allen is a Director in the Workers’ Compensation Major Loss Unit for AmTrust Financial. She is an attorney and has been involved with Workers’ Compensation from both the injured worker and defense side. She earned her CPCU in 2016 and previously served on the CT Chapter’s Board of Directors for four years.
