Please join us for our Chapter's April Meeting!  We are pleased to have Joseph Mathieu Vice President, Enterprise Liability – The Hartford as our guest speaker

Topic: The effects of Drones and Cyber Security on the insurance industry: Change is inevitable.  Join us for a presentation discussing emerging risks in insurance.  This discussion will include the evolving risk associated with Drones, Cyber Risk, Nanotechnology and Athletic Brain Injury as discussed by Joe Mathieu.  Joe currently serves in the Office of the Chief Underwriting Officer as enterprise lead for Hartford’s liability and umbrella practices.

CPCUs who register will earn a credit towards the CE for CPCU’s program! One credit given per hour of attendance

during the Guest Speaker Presentation subject to completing the sign-in roster at the registration desk. Deadline for

registration is Tuesday, April 10.

Joseph Mathieu

Vice President, Enterprise Liability
The Hartford

Joe serves in the Office of the Chief Underwriting Officer as enterprise lead for Hartford’s liability and umbrella practices.  In this capacity, Joe works closely with the various business units within the Property & Casualty organization to monitor and maintain the overall health of the liability line of business. In addition, Joe has responsibility for monitoring emerging insurance risks and has lead a variety of initiatives directed at improving P&C underwriting operations across the organization.Joe received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Providence College and his J.D from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
