The Connecticut Chapter CPCU

The Connecticut Chapter, chartered in 1948, has a long, proud tradition of promoting excellence in education, ethics and leadership.

The continuing professional development needs of our membership are served through a variety of seminars - available live and via satellite- offered throughout year. Our Chapter meetings provide the opportunity to hear from industry leaders regarding current issues facing financial services professionals. The Connecticut Chapter's relationship with other insurance professional organizations is important as well - joint meetings are held with PRIMA, RIMS, ASSE AND HAIW.

Out reach to the community is also at the core of the Connecticut Chapter's mission. Under the guidance of our Good Works Committee Chapter members support a broad range of charitable activities.

The Connecticut Chapter's objectives of educational support are met through a number of scholarship programs available to students of the financial services profession and Chapter family members.
